How Much Does an 0800 Freephone Number Cost?Are there any set-up costs involved?No, connection is FREE. Are there any rental costs?No. The only charge other than for calls is a £5.00 administration fee which is added to your monthly invoice only when the value of calls on that invoice is less than £5.00. What happens if I want more than one 0800 number?You can have as many as you like. Each 0800 number can be directed to a different location. The £5.00 administration fee will apply to each number if the value of the calls to that number is less than £5.00 per month. What do calls cost?Calls are charged to you at the rate of 6p per minute. For large-volume applications the rate per minute is negotiable. The call cost is calculated by measuring the duration of the call in seconds and multiplying by 0.1p. There is a minimum call charge of 2p. All prices are exclusive of VAT. How do I terminate the agreement?You can stop using the service at any time. You can cancel the agreement, giving 30 days notice. There are no penalties for cancelling the contract. What are the payment terms?You will be invoiced monthly for calls made to your 0800 number. These invoices must be paid through the Direct Debit facility we have in place. If the Direct Debit is not paid then the service will be suspended. A reconnection fee will be payable before the number becomes operational again. |
